About Dalton
Dalton Holloway is a first-generation Canadian, born and raised in the Nation's Capital.
His professional experience includes a decade in social services, marketing and Parliament. This blend of experiences gives him unique insights on advocacy, communication and how to get things done in a government setting.
Despite living outside of the Ward, Dalton is passionate that the rural voice that comprises 80% of the city is not lost. The markers that define Osgoode should not be lost at the expense of projected growth.
Dalton is ready to see Osgoode through this next chapter in the story of Canada's Capital.

Here is where my priorities will be as councillor of Osgoode - Ward 20
Amplified Rural Voice
'I want to make sure that rural residents feel included in the decisions we make as a city. You should not feel like people in downtown Ottawa are deciding how you should operate your farms or live your lives or that your unique needs are being overlooked. - Mayor Mark Sutcliffe
I will hold the Mayor to his words, ensuring the rural voice isn't lost in City Hall. I will support proposals at the Council table that give rural Ottawa a stronger voice in deciding how its priorities are addressed.
Responsive Emergency Services
For any community to thrive, emergency services need to be accessible to residents of the Ward. I will review the current response times for police and ambulance and work towards a safer Osgoode.
Cross-Government Partnership
I will reach out to my provincial and federal counterparts to ensure that Osgoode is setup for future growth and success in the years to come.
Reliable Infrastructure
Roads, water, heat, all core services that Ward 20 needs to live, work and play. I'll ensure that our roads are well paved and our water systems are pressurized.
